1998–2003 · Founding
Founder Wan Lianbu established Linyi Jinda Compound Fertilizer Co., Ltd. in August 1998; production lines for compound and bio-organic fertilizers were established by 2003.
2004–2009 · Growth
Acquired controlled-release fertilizer patents from Shandong Agricultural University in 2004 and began industrialization. Earned two China Famous Trademark designations by 2009, for the "Jinda" and "Wofute" brands.
2010–2016 · Expansion
Completed an IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 2010, raising approximately RMB 1.5 billion. International expansion followed, including Dutch and German operations and the 2016 acquisition of Germany's Compo GmbH for approximately RMB 850 million.
2017–2025 · Recent developments
Established the National Engineering Research Center for Efficient Utilization of Soil and Fertilizer, earned National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise status, and launched the "Jinfeng Society" modern agricultural service platform.
